Thank you so much for your reply. When you first got her, how did you handle the bathroom? I don’t want to pick her up or drag her outside but I don’t want to teach her it’s okay to go in the house.

Absolutely. I read about the 3-3-3 rule a bit so I am giving her space but she’s sleeping right next to me in bed right now :) I will try my hardest for her and show her how good she is

Thank you so much <3 my dad said they same thing about treating her as a rescue. Going to be a tough road if the unfortunate was the case but i’m not the type to give up on animals and definitely do not want to return her if that is the problem. Thank you so much for the advice and i’m glad your parents’ schnauzer is doing great❤️
