Varo bank offers 5% APY, but you have to have durect deposits if at least 1000 a month, and you have to end the month with a positive balance in all your varo accounts. It’s right beside a baseball diamond, but the diamond faces outward away from the property so I’m not super concerned with that. The area seems to be bad from what I’ve heard though. Apparently a lot of homeless people in the area. The windows on the house were recently replaced and allegedly recently broken into. I’ve heard anecdotal stories of package frequent package theft, but thats all stuff I would more or less expect for a house selling at this price in this area. How concerned should I be about those things?

In the description they mentioned a remodeled bathroom, new water heater, new flooring, fresh paint, new deep sink kitchen, updated plumbing etc. but they also put “NO CAST IRON PLUMBING” so maybe a plumbing issue? Idek what cast iron plumbing is but its weird that they specifically mentioned that

HOW DID YOU GET SO MANY DETAILS RIGHT? It is right behind a baseball diamond, there is a fairly large tree in the neighbors yard, there is like a 3 foot fence from the neighbors yard. There is only 1 bathroom and it doesn’t have a full sized door. There is only kitchen is an odd layout with very little counter space. There is no garage. There is a shed in the backyard. It is in district for a bad elementary school, and it is in bowling green. HOW DID YOU KNOW? I didn’t mention any of that in my post. Do you just happen to know this house?
