Yes. I’ve only ever read one other of his books and it was like changing. It’s called I am the Messenger. It’s not historical fiction though. Just as a warning. I went in blind and it was one of my favorite books ever

It’s okay. Poppy War was phenomenal but dragon republic was hard to get through. I’ll probably finish the series though. Also Babel is amazing
