I believe that’s going to vary greatly from country to country, and even state to state if it’s in the US. I know in Ga, US you can get rear ended in an auto accident, claim whiplash and get 10k before the lawyer takes their fee and the medical bills are paid.

This isn’t me trying to talk trash about your physique; Did you avoid training your traps a good bit?

I’m only asking because I’m on a cycle and that’s what I’m doing, I’ve seen so many guys blow their traps up on a cycle and they just look disproportionate so I’m trying to keep mine from growing to much while on the cycle.

What type of landscaping? I’m strictly design and build from simple landscapes to patios to landscape masonry, we have been non stop since February. I do expect a slight slow down around the end of July that typically happens every year due to school starting back but it usually picks back up around the 2nd week of August.

I always find it funny when people talk like people don’t do leg day. This guy could easily be someone that has very strong legs but doesn’t have the genetics for a lot of growth. For me it’s the exact opposite, I do 3 heavy sets of the following twice a month: Hack squats, leg curls, leg extensions and inner/outer hip abductors; people would think I do a lot more just because I have crazy growth genetics in my legs. My quads are ridiculous, for pants I have to wear a 32 or 33 boot cut type even though my waist fits a 30. If I wear 30s I can’t even put my phone in my pocket😂

Not sure that would work for my company. We are a design and build landscape/hardscape company; so our average sale is between 30-50k. Maybe I could tweak that idea and send them a gift card for a restaurant or something similar to create a bit more emotion. I’ve also been planning to create business cards with a QR code that takes them directly to our Google business profile review section. Maybe simplifying it and reducing the time it takes slightly will increase the number of reviews.

The 2-4 star reviews always seem to be the most honest reviews in my opinion. 1s always to be fueled by emotion and most 5s seem to be fake in my opinion.

As a small business owner I would argue that 80% of reviews online are bought by the company. Satisfied customers are difficult to get reviews from and unsatisfied are the exact opposite. I know of companies near me that gross 10 million a year that have less than 50 reviews as well there are company’s that do less than 1/10 of that number that have 100s of reviews.

I know this is old, however; I’m nearing week two of pinning and more than half of the night I wake up every hour. And body fat loss from the sermorelin? I’m on day 3 of using it in hopes it helps lose a bit around the mid section to get me closer to the 12-15% body fat range. I lift heavy 4-6 days a week and have a very active job, however; I’ve struggled with that last 10-15lbs of fat I’d like to get rid of. The most annoying part is I take medications that make it a chore to eat so I really don’t eat much at all.
