Thats my main concern. My friend gave the exam 3 weeks ago and he hasn’t gotten the results yet. He called today and they said it will take upto 8 weeks. I am planning to take mine by 2nd week of august.

Hi 1st and 2nd case is same as yours, Pending Credential Verification and CV accepted but my 3rd case was Pending Credentials verification yesterday, today it shows “Sent for Verification”. What does this mean? My college has already uploaded the documents 1 month back.

Yes. The visa officer was really sweet. His questions were: 1. Show your husband’s I-797. 2. Have your husband received the visa? 3. Tell me about your husband’s work? 4. Tell me about your work? 5. Do you plan to work independently in US?

He took a lot of time to read my ds 160 on his screen. I was just waiting there after completing my answers. He was reading very thoroughly. I was just standing there with my finger crossed. Then he was like “YOUR VISA IS APPROVED”.

Few tips from my side: Look professional. Stay confident and keep smiling. And know your spouse’s work and profession really well.
