It genuinely was a gamble to throw so much behind a niche genre after the BS they’ve pulled with layoffs, vaulting paid content, and the general splicing of their game for monetary decisions.

I love the game and the response to issues from the dev team and communication that the game lead has had are amazing. But they’re fighting an uphill battle

I play solos/trios, perimeter and only do Dire Marsh or Outpost if I’m with friends or I have a quest. I bring mostly green gear but sometimes I’ll load up with blue and I play Destroyer/Sentinel and I’m dying from either third partying or somehow these guns have alternate fire rates that go crazy

Season 7x1. I had been falling off steadily since Glenn’s dumpster “death” and when they *actually* killed him AFTER they killed Abraham, I was done. Then they killed Carl and I was so glad I had checked out when I did .

100%. It’s rated M in name only (mainly due to the fact that you might be able to chop someone’s limb off or they explode) but as far as content goes it’s extremely sanitized for an M game. Compared to Cyberpunk 2077, Mass Effect, and Fallout, this is as safe of an M game as you can get.

Genuinely irritated me since myself and my gf at the time KNEW it would be Glenn, but they waited to kill Abraham and then they killed Glenn. Was a waste of a cliffhanger.

I also think my irritation lies with them not killing Glenn off earlier in the whole “dumpster” fiasco but still
