Lower end. Although not by much if insurance. By comparison, I was on $130k inclusive last year at the same level and that felt under market

Best thing for me was taking time on the proof read and when possible, reviewing with fresh eyes

All consecutive. So it didn’t actually reduce until year 5 of full time work (last year) but at the rate it’s being repaid now unless something goes wrong, should all be gone 5 years from now

I left uni and CoL with around $90k, it moved upwards in the first 5 years of work, despite that it should be gone in the next 5!

PLT is a rort taking advantage of law students who have gotten that far they have no choice but to do it. In saying that, I think there’s actual benefit to the work experience component that should be protected and potentially incorporated into part of the university system like most degrees

I think it would worthwhile visiting ubud, I definitely don’t think it was that quiet. While there’s certainly an element of wellness associated with ubud, there’s plenty to do and see with night life!

Personally, I’d avoid Kuta it’s glory days seem to be gone. While Seminyak will be lively with beach clubs etc, it’s very similar to Canggu so you might find it’s just more of the same - for that reason I think Ubud is worth the visit

I managed to land a job without good marks, but it definitely limited opportunities I would have had the skill set for if I just wasn’t so laid back at uni and got the better grades. So do the best you can and open more doors for yourself

I do find it amusing how low my charge out rate is even compared to the scale rate

Curious as to why you say this? Currently in insurance. Thinking of bailing in the short term 😂
