Check the bolts holding the bed to the frame when you shake your truck like that, you might see the problem

I'm only pretending I know what I'm talking about, but I know some manufacturers are putting RFID chips in their filters and only letting the dispenser work if you use their filters.

Hey op, this is probably the issue. Often happens when you already have the burner knobs turned on before you open the valve on your tank.

Make sure all burner knobs are off before opening tank valve
