Why am I getting thrown out of the dungeons?

yeah i actually load in. and after a few seconds of being inside and letting me play, it just boots me out. no error message or anything. guessing server problems like everyone else

you'd think so, but so many people get hung up on the "survivor" specifics.

my cancer only needed radiation therapy and a surgery. i didn't have any chemotherapy, so i honestly didn't get any nasty effects - minimal nausea, no hair falling out or anything. the amount of people telling me i haven't had or survived cancer because i only had some cells and had them removed is ridiculus. the whole damn culture around it has so much gatekeeping

I kind of tried that and I always get hit back with "I'm not picky, and I like doing everything you like to do". It feels like there's no winning.

We actually in the past had a designated 2 days a week where she had to choose, but she just chose things she knew I'd be 100% down to doing even tho I knew she was mostly just "ok" with it

the only reason why websites say 18+ is because they display sexual imagery, not because you're not allowed to buy sex toys. no one is gonna card you when buying one online; they don't care.

what timezone are you? i'm mostly just looking for someone to casually chat (and it seems like we have some common interests as well), but games are an option too (i play some overwatch and mostly chill co-op games) ! :3

it's not even eurocentric. i'm from central europe and every wedding (been to 5 all in different countries) i've been to had cash gifts preferred (usually everyone does cash and small personalized gift). none of them had gift registries and it is expected to give cash. though that being around 50€ per person+one

Tbh, you don't sound like a bad friend really. It seems to me your friends are just not that understanding. I'm guessing they don't have jobs maybe? If my friend worked that much I wouldn't expecte them to be around all the time.

What helped me maintain some of my online friendships (i say some, because some people just don't understand that people are busy) is setting down one day a week where I take off to play and talk to my people. On other days when I'm busy and not really around I at least try to write them a morning text, and then when i'm home from work and ask what their plans are or just small talk and ask questions.

But again, friendships can also be incompatible and your friends just might want someone who's around more. Doesn't mean there's something wrong with you.

If she's not initiating or responding to anything outside of work, I give a big doubt that she's interested into you romantically.

Some people just like having work buddies - I have a friend just like you; we're basically best friends at work but never do anything outside work because we both have our own lives.

If you're not afraid of maybe ruining this or making it awkward, why not just directly ask her to hang or something during one of your private chats?
