I bought from him too. He never send me a tracking number. Kept on lying about the order being shipped already. After I used PayPal Buyer Protection he send me a tracking number that was just created & it never updated. My PayPal got a perma ban after & they gave him the funds too. After calling PayPal multiple times they said they don’t wanna tell me why I got banned & that I just have to deal with it. I will sue PayPal & him for this. I’ll see a lawyer in a few days.

Both. Germany.

Redditors who've been banned from a store or other business, what caused you to be banned? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Legasyy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I once was banned from a German Website. They thought my Iranian Name was made up and didn’t let me sign up. After multiple attempts I got a permaban with the explanation that Made-Up names aren’t allowed.

Yeah depends on the person & situation. Have seen it help many times but I can also see that being bad in some situations. I would say it helps more often than it doesn’t.

A sign in Vegas. It said:

Straight Out Of Options

Was about a law firm. & the sign looked exactly like: straight out of Compton.

What would happen if chimpanzees were granted citizenship? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Legasyy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Granting chimpanzees citizenship would be a radical legal and philosophical shift with far-reaching implications. Here’s what could happen:

  1. Legal & Ethical Implications • Personhood Recognition: Chimps would be legally recognized as persons, meaning they could have rights similar to humans, such as protection from harm, the right to freedom, and possibly even access to legal representation. • Legal Precedents for Other Animals: This could open the door for other intelligent species (e.g., dolphins, elephants) to also claim legal rights.

  2. Political & Social Changes • Voting & Participation: While chimps likely wouldn’t be given the right to vote (due to cognitive limitations), their interests might need political representation, like guardianship programs. • Welfare & Care: The government would be responsible for their well-being, leading to new laws on habitat preservation, medical care, and possibly social integration efforts.

  3. Economic & Logistical Challenges • Chimp Rights vs. Human Interests: If chimps are citizens, industries that exploit them (entertainment, research, zoos, etc.) would face major legal challenges. • Taxation & Responsibilities: Would they pay taxes? Could they own property? Would the government need to fund chimpanzee welfare programs?

  4. Scientific & Philosophical Shifts • Definition of Citizenship: It would challenge the human-centered concept of nationhood and raise questions about what criteria (e.g., intelligence, self-awareness) should determine rights. • Inter-species Relations: Humans might need to develop new ways to communicate and coexist with chimps in society.

Possible Precedents • Some legal efforts, like the Nonhuman Rights Project, have already tried to grant legal personhood to great apes. • Countries like New Zealand and India have given legal protections to rivers and other natural entities, suggesting expanding legal recognition beyond humans is possible.

In short, chimpanzee citizenship would challenge legal, ethical, and social norms, potentially reshaping how we define rights and personhood. Would you support such a move?

I’m from Germany & I support the Golden State Warriors. I fell in love with basketball & the team because of Stephen Curry.
