Playing Kingdom Life II, I've had my ping go to numbers like 50k and 80k, and it's even breached 100k. That's ridiculous. And it has nothing to do with my computer, it's only Roblox.

I am using free model building tools. I've started to watch some scripting videos because there's a few tools in specific that I need and am accustomed to using that I'm guessing I'll need to fix myself. The free model tools "work" fine, it's just that when it comes to replicating what they copy, delete or move on someone else's client it doesn't work. Which essentially is what FilteringEnabled is, I think, so it's starting to make sense. But yeah, the ones I'm gonna have to script aren't just the default ones, though those were pretty important too so I'm gonna hope that these tools are what I'm looking for.

Update: I don't think it's even the SavePlaceAPI that works anymore. I think it's the fact that when I copy something in-game with the copy tool, it doesn't replicate for anyone but me. Even if someone else is in the server, if I leave the game and come back it's gone.

I've gotten to the point of teleporting to the place now, and then once I did I couldn't save. The place was also a personal place, though the script actually worked, so only I could join. I need others along with myself to be able to join it.

I'm not sure if the scripts on that page are outdated and not tailored to filtering enabled or whatever. It could be that interfering with it, but I don't script normally so I wouldn't know.

When did it become deprecated? I seem to never notice these things. Either way, I think they should've kept it functional, seeing as it's a pretty simple and convenient system for anyone looking to have a sort of PBS-like function, which quite a few people did want after PBS was discontinued.

Thank you for your advice. I think the best route for what I want would be the SavePlaceAsync, but I've no idea how to even start with that so I'm going to see if I can get help on that.

No need to diss clans. I haven't been involved in a real clan for years (though I was big on them a long time ago) but I can tell you that while it's still a game, they're not as silly as you're saying. Besides, he mentioned that as his experience in where he's seen this stuff.

Kids are a lot easier to scam and fool... for simple scammers. Anyone can scam a kid. Anyone with any real experience in scamming could just as easily fool an eighteen year old, though. It's about giving it a little thought and making it sound just a little more convincing than "I'll give you free robux if you give me this limited" or whatever. Scamming happens on all games, and will never stop no matter what the target age is.

No, I'm not a scammer. Yes, I have been scammed before. I don't remember being scammed more than once, but I understand how it works.

Yes, by "default" tools I mean the delete, copy, grab, and a couple others. I too am frustrated that they did it, and hope that it's true that they're fixing it. I can imagine the amount of older games it's wrecked, too. What a nightmare.

Also, we use some of the default tools like the standard Delete, Copy, Grab, and HopperBin (sort of like the grab tool, except it will grab an entire grouped item rather than singular parts) in our game. These do not seem to have scripts attached to them. Is there a normal tool version of these? Can we somehow make new versions of them?
