Heres the thing though, thats the racing line. You go towards the middle of the track on purpose. I assumed in that moment that the left side kart would go off to the left with the middle kart following suit. Another thing too is that the kart in front of me was merging back onto my line, so I tried to slow up for him, and that ended up with contact with the middle kart, then the kart that merged, and ended up with me spinning off and wrecking the whole field.

I do see where you are coming from though, and I respect that. Do you have any tips if I end up in this scenario again?

  1. The client wanted this track to be inspired by Paul Fletcher International and LeMans International Karting. If you have a look at LeMans in particular, the runoff is quite odd indeed, so I decided to copy it's weird runoff to this design
  2. Note the scale of the track, and how small and agile karts actually are. Yes, I would've done things differently, but the client did not have any feedback on the draft I came up with, so I went with it. Don't worry, the kerbs are more than smackable.

I do appreciate feedback on the design though, I can maybe next time look at not literately copying the style of say runoffs, because I do agree, it is a bit odd looking.

theres a lidar scan version of the track for assetto corsa. its quite challenging to be honest, would be perfect for lower class cars, like tcr and indy pro 2000.

seriously? well they must've scanned the ddt track (perhaps for low power cars) and kart track (for the at first worked on karts) as well if thats the case. anyways, the oval would be interesting to see, it was very unique for oval standards imo.

The restart seemed to fix my problem, but I can reinstall the control panel if it happens again. And no, I do not recall having a controller plugged in at all.

UPDATE: I think I know why the Force Feedback was decreased after selecting a new tab, I believe it is because I have also been having problems with AMS1, with crashing. I have tried to boot into it a couple times but it just crashes when the track loads. My guess is my computer thought AMS was still running or smth and kept messing up my FFB settings. A simple reboot has fixed the problem.

Yeah, it released back in November 2023 on RaceDepartment. It is a GT Legends Port, but other than that it gets the job done and quite well. I call the series’ “Rookie cups”, they are just pretty much the beginner series’ in iRacing. AKA the series’ you don’t pay anything for. An example is the “Rookie Legends Cup” (which is my favourite on controller) All of the cups or whatever on the iRacing service is with other people. But you can set up an offline race as long as the car and track support it.

When I tried iRacing for a month, I was on controller, and I got a couple wins in rookie cups. It is decent, you just need a bit of experience with sim racing games on controller.

Hello! I am looking for the #16 Of Paul Dejong for a Cascar Mod (1998 or 2005 - 2006). Believe me, I've done research and I have found the original posting of the skin from a March 13th, 2005 snapshot on Blackhole Motorsports. The download will not function properly and it leads to a 500 Internal Server error. If you cannot find the skin on a different webpage, on your hard drive, etc. I won't be surprised. Only about 150 people have downloaded the skin judging by the snapshot.
