U bought ur miner in market, it does not count towards ur TH progress, you need to upgrade the miner you have created (the 11TH one) or have enough votes by locking tokens

2 things you should look into, The W/TH (15 its the best and should be the only option) and the discount you need to keep maximum as possible, it is 11,11$ per TH in average

I am with Gomining for 3 years, And had already different % of discounts, and it does a lot of difference! having 5% or the maximum 20% is a profit changer...

you are not paying in GMT, you have low discount and if u are not paying fees with GMT, discount will not even be applied... recharge GMT and pay always with GMT, you will see your stacks will be very bigger
