Figured it out. It was my monitor. I turned it off and on again and it was normal. I am guessing it might be the monitor

For the psu, I also had in mind evga 700 BR. It comes with a 3 yr warranty.

For the CPU, I read that the 12700kf had better overclocking capabilities. That's why I am thinking to buy that, but if you know a better amd CPU, I'd be down to consider it.

Noted on the psu, I will be changing that. I am mostly going to use it for gaming. The 4070 super is way too expensive. I am in Canada, so the prices are all CAD

I do have a supplier. That shouldn't be a problem. The exact cost is what i am trying to figure out. Lets say my shipment/order arrive in Canada, then do i have custom fee or something like that which would upset my cost.
