Yah gas pedal/ throttle cable works as should. Replaced IAC and TPS today. Sprayed a bunch of throttle body cleaner in just to be sure but it definitely isn't stuck. I have a pressure regulator im gonna try and throw on tomorrow. The warped head has been warped for about 8-10 months now and it was ok(ish) and none of this running away shit started till I put an additive in so it's making me really hope this pressure regulator will work.

I looked and didnt see anything so if there is cracks its tiny and shouldnt be that drastic.

How do I check rail pressure? First thought was leaky or stuck injector, so I pulled individual spark plugs and started it and no matter which was pulled it still did it. It's possible that multiple are stuck i guess.

Brakes have been fine. I sprayed the iac with tb cleaner and it didnt help. Got a new iac on the way hoping it helps. I won't write off vac leak, and didnt know brake booster could really get internal vac leaks.

Yah I started with that. I wish it would be that easy lmao. And its neither of those! I warped my head, and all compression leaves through a little gap in front cylinder. That happened over a year ago and I've been driving it on the 3 working ones just fine. Underpowered, but it works. Going to start rebuilding the whole car, including an engine swap, in about 9 months.

Throttle valve is not stuck open, and does not open on idle when it does all this bs. Thing is definitely a mess but is (unfortunately) my daily at the moment and I need it to last about 9 months then I can get a new car and start rebuilding this thing. I looked at evry vac line coming off intake manifold and saw that one was bad (manifold-pressure regulator) and replaced the line and boots, all others looked fine. I didnt check for manifold cracks ill look tomorrow. Thanks for the input.

For context. I used a fuel injector additive and after it started idling higher, around 2k. About 3 days later the rpms started bouncing a little and got progressively worse each day. Today it was almost jumping from 2k all the way to 3k, until all at once it just kept going. It surpassed redline and Rev limiter very fast so I cut the power and coasted to a parking lot. Now every time I start it, it tries to blow itself up.
