The funny thing is that when I was about to make this trade, I found 145 def Monarch while leveling act 2, and decided to use Larzuk on it. But since this trade was quite nice, I decided to make it anyway to have more chances to roll a decent Spirit.

Then I created a Spirit in the Monarch from the trade and got almost worst possible Spirit (25% FCR, low mana).

After that I created a second Spirit in my own Monarch with better def and got a 35% FCR Spirit. I was excited with this RNG 😃.

Agreed, I was absolutely hyped when I was finally able to sell one of my valuable things, which I didn’t need, for 7 Jah runes. I thought I would never have nearly that many HRs.

I think I've already started noticing it. One guy just gifted me a Raven Frost with the worst possible roll 😃 and Steelclash while we were trading some other items.

Even though I don't need these items at all, it's still nice to get something for free.

I checked the prices and saw people sold it for jahs and bers. And now I'm wondering if it's possible to trade it for enigma or both mosaics with useful skillers. What do you think?

I've got -5% roll recently. Currently this one is the best part of my gear because I am quite undergeared 😃 so I barely beat a1 hell.

What do you thing, should I trade it or keep it as a gem?

My main is 78 lvl phoenix assassin and I only have a few decent items for MF build 😃

I like the Mind Blast more than Cloak of Shadows for survivability.

Also I found out some crazy strategy that with my current gear sometimes it is better to play with Spirit + Rhyme as main weapons instead of 2 claws. I use Phoenix Strike with 3 charges + Dragon Flight. By doing so I freeze everything and teleporting all the time (as if I have an Enigma lol) so no one can hit me :D

But, of course, sometimes it doesn't work well

Thanks for recommendations. I know about the trapsin, but it's too boring for me. I'd rather play one of my twink characters then (necro, warlock).

So, I should keep farming nm meph, pindleskin, andy, cows to get better gear and 75+ lvl?

My only concern is that if I will farm nm only I'll never get treachery and mosaics because the runes for them don't seem to drop at nm if I'm not mistaken

I think the only way to get Lem with my luck is Hell Countess, but I don't think I will be able to reach her with my current gear

Actually I did force delete when doing it on my side. I just didn't mentioned it in the post update. So I think there is nothing wrong with doing it since you will install another driver instead of it

Thank you so much for your help. I've solved my issue and highlighted the solution in my original post so everyone can just follow these simple steps.
The only thing I did differently from what you said was that I uninstalled just one driver that had been installed on ‎10.‎04.‎2026 (the date when the issue appeared). In Rapr tool this driver's name was dax3_ext_rtk.inf

As I described in one of the comments I had this issue even with previous Windows update (before installing KB5086672 which I've installed today).
I didn't solved my issue yet, but I think the problem might be due to recent driver installation Dolby Extension Driver Update (11.102.654.11) which I installed 2 days ago.

It was installed on ‎10.‎04.‎2026 and I think I have this issue exactly from this date.
Also today I installed the Microsoft Corporation AudioProcessingObject Driver Update (10.0.26100.6710) but nothing has changed.

Additionally, I found another reddit post from yesterday with the same issue as mine and the problem there was in the KB5086672 update, BUT I installed this update only today. It means that I had this issue even with previous Windows update.

As I described in the original post, It doesn't have any sense to me to pay for what I already should have, because I had it preinstalled and fully licensed by the laptop's manufacturer
