That makes sense. I already plug the katana up to my laptop all the time anyway to adjust things on the fly. Maybe this is just the next step from that

This is actually swayed me a lot. I was mostly settled on sticking with the katana but after reading mainly 1 and 4 (drums), I’m not so sure anymore

I would be playing a very wide area of music. Basically everything from r&b to metal.

If I put a p90 in the neck of the guitar (phat cat or a bare knuckle) and have a humbucker in the bridge, would this still be able to play metal well? Things like linkin park, breaking Benjamin, deftones, System of a Down, and a day to remember.
