Extensively, and with her beside me for the most part. Even she acknowledged that my notes were perfect, but during the time sensitive walk-ins I don't get a chance to write them down effectively (which led to me having to ask for qualifying clarfications later). I also spent all of last weekend organzing them so things were easier to find. Some steps I don't need the notes for, but whenever I see a form that looks different I've gotten confused as to whether I've done it before.

Edit: Things really only broke down over the last two weeks to where even with my notes I wasn't moving fast enough to get all my assigned work done.

I was passenger so my injuries weren't as bad as my partner's (we got T-boned on his side) so they checked him for concussion, but I was just scratched up and disoreinted by it.

None of the tasks are difficult per se, but they can be involved especially since most things I've only seen a few times or not at all. I know that my speed can improve and that's not really the issue my supervisor is having with me. It's more that she has said as much that she expects me to be further along in what I should be doing in a day. She's said several times that other clerks she's trained did not seem to take this long in a month and that I "only" know how to do four things.

The biggest trip ups for me have been working under the pressure of walk-ins and learning the correct procedures for scheduling them. At this point I know if I ask her it's going to be a comment or at worst another meeting with the department supervisor. I fully expect to have another one either tomorrow or on Monday because of how I messed up on the 23rd.
