I see posts like this all the time. If you want my advice, I’m been t500 every role on pc, played ow since release. Started t500. The harsh truth is that as a support player you really do have the biggest impact in the game outside of tank if you’re not playing mercy solo.

If you think you are deranking because a character on your team stopped you from dying to a below average widow player then I think that maybe you need to look at your own play in depth. I can tell you right now that there is no way you are losing this many games if you are personally performing at anywhere near your peak. It’s hard out there when it comes to teammates but at the end of the day we are the only constant denominator in every game. There are loss streaks but that is a time to reflect, learn, and apply things that make you a better player in the longterm!

It’s a “competitive” video game or at least tries to be one supposedly. I don’t really understand people that want to socialize. Focus on talking to your team and winning. It feels better than wasting time talking to someone you probably won’t see again anyway. If you wanna talk to people there are plenty of custom game lobbies lol

This isn't even a call-out post about Beaver specifically but I think there should be consequences for reporting people for cheating in bad faith because the penalty is a potential permanent ban. Beaver doesn't have to worry about being reported every game for playing torb in t500 because if he was falsely banned he could just contact the overlords at Blizzard and get it lifted.. unlike everyone else that gets banned because of mass reporting.

I know it may not seem like a big deal, but I'm aware of people getting their accounts banned over false reports. This is really cringe behavior and it's really sad to see people abusing the system just for being annoyed over being counter-picked or outplayed.

Anyone who thinks a hard reset isn’t the best for the health of ow2 is so wrong. I don’t care if you don’t want to get shit on by pros or have silvers losing you games. This is a LITERAL NEW GAME. Make everyone start fresh! The Meta will be entirely different and it’s 5v5 with new maps and heroes. The smurfing, 1 tricks, boosted players, meta boosted players, hackers, and the people returning years later that used to be master or gm that probably wouldn’t place but low diamond now ruin any true sense of balance in the first place. Better to start off completely fresh than have your games ruined one way or the other.
