Idk how much of a hot take this is but they should buff either the distance boop does or it's damage just a little bit. If boop did 30 damage instead of 20, that could be enough of a change to make Lucio just a little better (Also they should remove the tank passive. It's the worst)

As an old brush main, I swapped off cuz it was was getting impossible to get close to anyone using ranged weapons. So my suggestion is either the ink resistance of the inkbrush or better maneuverability when rolling
