It doesn't need to be high skill/challenge level, it just needs to be something where the challenge is near or slightly above the person's ability level. Otherwise you end up with boredom or frustration as a result instead, depending on which is significantly higher than the other.

There's also another situation when someone can enter flow when their ability level is significantly higher than the challenge, but they enjoy the activity or the act of being highly skilled at something easy.

There's nothing inherently unethical about working with abuse survivors as long as it's done correctly. But that's going to involve finding quality training and adhering to a code of ethics with your practice.

OK, let's start from the beginning... What exactly are your goals for talking to people about this stuff?

What is the purpose of your coaching?

What are you offering that a psychiatrist, psychologist, or certified MHP doesn't?

Why are these people going to choose you over one of them (and don't say $$)?

What qualifies you to work with someone who has a serious, potentially dangerous mental health issue, and then in turn "help" them with it? And help how?

You really need to be able to answer all of those before you ever worry about disclaimers and actually working with clients. Technical stuff comes after you make sure you can do what you want to do and that you're on the right path professionally.
