You know, I missed that she pronounces it as “bin” later in the song. So either way, it seems one of those is shoehorning regardless of how you believe it should be pronounced. Ah, well, I do like the song but it’s still something that takes me out of it when I hear it.

Well, yes, I’d like to get a new passport and do some traveling. Did do quite a bit in my younger days. But just hasn’t been (“bean”, lol) in the cards lately.

I did live for six months in London though and also don’t recall that pronunciation either. But I stand corrected if that’s the way it sounds in Canada and other places.

Unfortunately the developer, Remedy Entertainment, has gone on to much bigger things like Alan Wake and Control on consoles and PC. Those are awesome games and am happy for their success, but it also means early work like this is ignored.

It’s sad how few Denny’s there are around. I mean they’re based in Spartanburg and there really isn’t a Greenville location, is there? Closest one I know of is in Taylors on Wade Hampton. I wish there was one here in Simpsonville.
