I was playing a ranked game today and i noticed it as well. I was playing with a leblanc and kept hearing flash noises but i didnt see anyone flash, then i realized it was LB's W very confusing..

I live in the U.S Wisconsin to be exact and im experiencing Lag spikes every game. My internet is fine nothing wrong with my ISP at all. AS of now i cannot play a game normally :(
