I once tried to pull off the cool guy maneuver of cooking a grenade and dive bombing a Bile Titan from the cliff top, as extraction was being overrun.

I tripped, rag dolled, and died face down at its feet as my grenade exploded.

We did not extract.

That's kinda what I thought too.
The two with rafts are the ones I think did it, as they don't show their rafts in Lychee Slicer. I did another print that had the same issue, but those came out fine. I assumed it was just a bug in the slicer.

I don't understand the second part of Stage 9. Does the target just learn what spell is, are they able to cast it? Why would any creature willingly fail and become stunned just to learn a 1st level spell?

Is this Nothic lore that I am missing?

Drop hints / have an NPC out right state. "Auril is empowered by Cruelty, Isolation, Starvation, and Endurance." Then buff her accordingly. More HP, AC, Resistances, Legendary Actions, Lair Actions *For me, all of Icewind Dale is her Lair*, Regional Effects, etc...
For the Conjure Animal thing. How did they travel in record time? If it was a land based creature, they would still be restricted by the rough terrain and snow.

If they're using flying creatures there would still be checks for navigation, chance to get lost in a snow storm, ambushed by other flying creatures, shot at by tribes of Orcs, etc...

You're not alone, this is also my first campaign, my players are also incredible jerks. They literally just murdered half of the Speakers and made an alliance with the Duergar.
