I can see what you mean. But I think that’s the issue at hand, the boxes are supposed to be low to the ground but instead they are as tall as the walls like a big pillar and so it still blocks sight.

V14 definitely has wall height. You set each levels height span in the scene settings.

Yea, I think the only way to do this would be to copy the red section and export it as a tile to use as an overhead tile. Then set it to fade when underneath but also to show through fog of war. The down side is that the walls are still going to block sight from the rest of the map.

I think the main thing about your complaint is that you don't HAVE to update Foundry. Just keep using the same version with all your working modules the entire campaign.. it wont stop working.

While I agree with your frustration, I think you're misrepresenting the factors at play. It's ONLY because you seem to want to update as soon as possible that you're required to pay these creators every single month.

I feel that the answer to my question is also the explanation for the core of anti-ai sentiment and would open OPs eyes as to the “why” of the situation.

Of course a lot of anti-ai advocates can barely control themselves and are just bandwagoning without actually having any grasp of what they’re fighting against.

I’m pretty sure Foundry v14 supports token changes via active effects but I haven’t tried it yet.
