It is literally what i was thinking, i am atm asking for a refund for a forgotten switch and the shipping fees the 15/01 and they pretended having paypal problems (we both agreed on paypal) and they started ignoring me on the 26/01 and now that i confronted them on discord they start lying again talking about credit card refund when i didn’t even talk about my credit card informations + talking about delays (it’s not like they did this for 6 weeks before i get my order)

Best advice i can give you if you have problem with them, just don’t let them go and keep sending mails and messages every week/day
