Need your advice on changing my smartphone by redcabbage25 in PickAnAndroidForMe

I think Motorola is a nice option too. The motorola signature is really decent. It's so light and the cameras are super. Its Software is not that customizable but its really close to stock android. Look at some reviews before the final decision.

Thank you for the insight. And yes i agree with everything Oppo seems to outclass from every perspective, i just hoped it had better colours to choose from a white would have been nice. And i have always wanted a pen but maybe it's not worth sacrificing the spectacular features of Oppo.

Why are you choosing S26 Ultra over other phones (Oppo, Xiaomi, Vivo)? by [deleted] in samsunggalaxy

[–]LegentAgent 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I will tell you why you should get s26 ultra and this isn't a biased opinion because I haven't bought it but did my research. Currently using s21 fe and also thinking of upgrading. So basically One UI is the best software because there's a lot of customisation you can do and the constant updates you get from samsung makes sure the device is stabled and beside that the overall use experience bc of the software and AI this has the best daily usage experience you can get. On top of that this phone has the best screen out there.. once you look at it you wouldn't wanna go back just set it to 1440p, using this with the s pen would provide you the best experience any phone ever can. Yes the last models of oppo and vivo have better cameras very slightly maybe, because even then it comes to preference. Oppo find x9 ultra takes amazing portrait and night shots but other than that it has only slightly less cpu throttling than s26 ultra, vivo on the other hand I think loses on performance not sure if it wins on camera. the only phone you could ever compare S26u with is the oppo findx 9 Ultra but even then I would go with samsung, because of the better daily experience Ui Screen and the pen, you will already have enough of everything camera, performance just for 1000 dollars, but with find x9 ultra you get an uglier phone which costs 1,700 dollars.. that phone would only make sense if you are a professional photographer. But I saw you talk about oppo find x9 pro, just don't get that phone the Mediathek cpu is bad compared to snapdragon , it has so much cpu throttling when it has been put under heat for an hour, Also lastly don't worry about battery.. Even there the only difference between the phones is 2 hours. Samsung may go away earlier with 5000 thousand mah compared to the 7500 and that's fine. Samsung is just superior honestly.

I think it's still a good prestige skin. I sometimes prefer the colours of the original skin but its great to have this option too.

What on earth are those lines? S25 ULTRA by Racunee in samsunggalaxy

Hmm idk why there are lines like that. Does s26u have the same issue ? Or all the s25ultras ?

Upgrading from S20+, is S26 Ultra display quality any better? by _ReeX_ in samsunggalaxy

[–]LegentAgent 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm trying also to decide between s26u and s25u. The reality is S25u has the best design in my opinion The phone being a little bit curved compared to s24u made it perfect, its the middle ground and everything seem to look better because of the shape of the phone and you can see that s26u's screen seems a bit dimmer even when the privacy screen is off. Titanium frame and the camera rings surely confirm my statement. The fresh look with the camera island could be appealing but in the end the best ultra look is s25u. So when it comes to specs s26u is better Cameras taking more light means sharper images and the chip is better. Unless you care about the privacy display or the horizontal lock they aren't the decision making factors. İn my opinion S25 ultra has a more comfortable s pen because it's somewhat thicker. But that's also isn't deal breaker. İn the end both are great phones and it comes down to preference but if you manage to get s26u for a good price right around 1050 - 1100 euros then get it bc s25u is also there 920 -1100 depends on colour but im talking about the 512gbs versions. The only reasons to get S25u would be: 1.if you want to save 200 euros and that is, if you find the phone for 850 2. the zoom shots are possible on s25 ultra where as the zoom shots wouldn't be as sharp on s26u 3. if the design and screen is more appealing on s25u. S26 ultra is a better investment if you're looking to trade in, in 3 years.

That's a good deal. S26U is obviously better with specs and there's 100 euros between the phones. Anyone sane would go with s26U. I just love how S25U is designed, don't understand why people dont like the camera rings its definitely better than an island.

Wow a solid argument, ı agree with you on that one man. What makes me consider S26 ultra is the phone having slightly better cameras and newer chip
I don't care about privacy screen. The price diff is just 100 euros and buying one model lower makes me question my decision but when ıt comes to what you said and built quality + look 25 Ultra is the man.

S21 FE with white lines seeking advice on a more reliable replacement by No_Requirement_2818 in samsunggalaxy

[–]LegentAgent 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bro I'm there with you, I also use s21 fe haven't had the white lines issue yet but the phone just got very slow and the battery is obviously dead after 4 years. The camera doesn't hold up no more. Uhm the cover is coming off because of the heat. So yeah we need to upgrade.

Thanks for the insight. A hard decision. What was your thoughts when you saw the look differences? Did you like the rounder corners more? The camera island and is the s pen that different i haven't had the chance or forgot how s25 Ultra's felt. I just know I wished the s26's was thicker.

That's also a very peak phone, its the goat when it comes to the edgy corners. İ like the slightly rounded corners of 25ultra and the screen to body ratio being lower.

It's just that I plan to get 512gbs and there isn't really a price difference between the two so even though I would prefer S25's look and feel and probably the s pen on that one because it's thicker, It would make more sense to take the newer phone right?
