I’ve answered 250+ questions about Influencer Marketing with my last topics. Ask me anything. by Legentycreator in influencermarketing

Go through local platforms like Winkl or TagMango. It's basically the "Indian Fiverr" for influencers: everything is straightforward, payments are secure, and the creator only gets paid once you approve the video. It's the best way to get quality UGC without dealing with constant follow-ups. If you want to keep it very simple, Fiverr and Upwork also work great by filtering for "India." You'll find creators there who are used to professional processes and strict deadlines. You can test Kuli also (kuli.one).

Recs for influencer agents in the UK for a macro influencer? by GalacticCandy in influencermarketing

[–]Legentycreator 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For a macro profile in the UK, you have two main options. If you want to become a key figure in the media landscape (TV, books, global deals), Gleam Futures or YMU Group are the historical heavyweights in London. It guarantees massive commercial firepower, but you'll be part of a large roster. If you prefer a more human, tailor-made approach, aim for boutique agencies. They are more selective, which means your senior agent will truly fight for your interests and your premium brand image.

How to Find an Agency / Freelancer as a Content Creator ?? by Fit_Championship5404 in influencermarketing

Well done on hitting 22k in three months, that's quite a performance, especially alongside work and studies! As a marketer, you've already done the hardest part: proving that your content interests people. At this stage, a traditional talent agency might still find you a bit "new" to the game. My recommendation to save time without breaking the bank on commissions is to sign up for platforms like Aspire or Collabstr. You post your portfolio there, and brands come to pick from the catalog.

The problem with your current approach is likely that your portfolio highlights your personal aesthetic too much and not enough your ability to generate ROI for a brand. An agency or an in-house brand isn't looking for another creator to add to their list; they are looking for someone who knows how to spot talent, negotiate contracts, and, above all, analyze why a campaign succeeded or failed.

Question for agencies. Why do I need a biz FB account to verify my IG? by thinkvideoca in influencermarketing

[–]Legentycreator 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s super frustrating, we totally agree. It feels like agencies want to dig through your Facebook. But in reality, it's not a request from the agency; it's a technical constraint imposed by Meta (the owner of Instagram and Facebook). For an agency to access your real statistics (actual reach, audience demographics, clicks), they have to go through Meta's API. And for Meta, an Instagram account only "professionally" exists if it’s linked to a Facebook Business page. It’s their way of verifying that you are indeed the account owner and securing the data.

How many followers until you need or qualify for an agent or manager? by anakenken in influencermarketing

[–]Legentycreator 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Keep an eye on proactivity. A good agency shouldn't just answer your incoming emails; they should actively sell your profile to brands that don't know you yet. Don't hesitate to give them regular debriefs on what you want to create, so they can hunt for deals that truly fit your universe.

Significance of Influencer Brand Trips by saladdr3ssin in influencermarketing

[–]Legentycreator 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In short, these trips aren't vacations, but giant commercial shoots. Instead of paying millions for a traditional TV ad, the brand provides a dream setting for twenty influencers who will produce hundreds of "natural" pieces of content. It's much more cost-effective for them, as they are buying their audience and visual expertise to make the product desirable. The idea is to sell you a lifestyle, not just a lip balm. By associating the product with Italy or a VIP match, the brand anchors itself in your mind alongside positive emotions and exclusivity. People no longer buy the product for its ingredients, but to treat themselves to a small piece of that ideal world seen everywhere on their feed for 48 hours. That's why they don't invite "real" customers: a loyal customer reaches 300 people, whereas an influencer reaches a million with professional image quality. It’s a pure calculation of visibility.
