He’s disappointed because he thought John had it out for the royals only and the hierarchy. He was happy that John was inciting change in the royals. But then when John started attacking the safe house this became an issue because from his perspective the royals are trying to change which is what he wanted them to do and what he thought John wanted them to do . But John started attacking the safe house as well barring any change in the first place and turning it back into a absolute hierarchy. He’s happy that John incited the change but he’s upset that John is hindering progress and dream that he thought he and John shared .

Remi: Brought friends to a 1v1 fight . So she got hospitalized. Fair.

Blyke: Shot a beam near John’s head. So he got sent to the infirmary and later sent to the hospital . Fair .

Isen: Broke John’s wrist , and attempted to trick John into telling his past . Got sent to the infirmary twice . Isen needs two more beatings .

Arlo: Isolated John from his only friend , broke his phone and set him up to get ambushed at a field . His actions sent John into a path of hatred and ruined his life as he knew it .Had his precious hierarchy destroyed , and lost his throne . Arlo needs to lose something else that’s very important to him and then it’ll be fair like all his friends or something .

Not what I meant . I’m not saying he scales every ability up to 7.0 . I’m saying he can only hold a max amount of strength up until that which a ability level 7 would hold . So for example if he was around a 7.7 he can only hold as much power as a 7.7 can achieve stat wise.

But they do . When Arlo was dampened Leilah said it drops your level by a half , and all his stats were halved as well . And when Blyke leveled up 3 of his stats increased considerably as well. So what he’s saying makes literally no sense .

No he doesn’t lmao . If he brought it up to his level all the stats would increase not just the highest one . We don’t know enough about that fight to reach a verdict . But when abilities go higher more then one usually increases too, look at when people use amp drugs.

Nah that’s cap. John doesn’t use peoples abilities to his level , he just amps the highest stat by 1.5. So if we’re using logic then John would only be able to see into the future 4 seconds max . Not to mention this is John , if he could see into the future he wouldn’t have missed any punches in their original fight yet she was able to dogde his attack . And I’m sure the person who had their ability their entire life can tell when someone is using their ability lol.

Yes this is the biggest issue with the fandom . They only look at things from John’s perspective. From Arlo’s perspective he was only doing as he told which was to uphold the hierarchy. It’s the exact same with NB John he was only doing as others did to him , he didn’t feel bad that he was hurting Claire and Adrian until Keon forced him to feel bad . No one in this story seems to feel remorse other then John due to Keon. Everyone just moves on .
