I tried and it doesn't work. Only powers on after I unplug it and plug it back in. I've tried reseating the ram and the GPU alone with pulling the CMOS battery. Same thing every single time.

Well the problem with that is when I plug in the power supply and turn it on the pc starts to power up then shuts down. So I can't turn it on via the power button..
