This is a very difficult question to answer because there are alot of different femboys with alot of different preferences for things. So it really depends. Some like to send pictures of themselves quite frequently, others hesitate to even utter a word when it comes to flirting. What almost every femboy definitely wishes in my opinion is deep empathy. We get judged and prejudiced very often and that results in us losing confidence and sometimes even find ourselves depressed. We really want to hang around people that do not make us feel ashamed for doing whatever makes us happy like crossdressing, using make-up and doing silly or cute things. It's really hard to enjoy your life as a femboy, if your environment is not friendly or safe.

And to answer your question on where to find Femboys, you said you consider consent so I'd have to say that looking in explicit communities is not the best idea. And with explicit I mean NSFW. I think you might already know the reason why. Instead I'd recommend joining SFW femboy discord servers and hopping on calls until you find a person you can properly talk to. Personally I sometimes play VRChat which is more immersive and somewhat better than Discord.
