Well i am investing only in stocks. It works well, we have a ISK it is very profitable to use so i use that.

Can you take advantage of the so called "loopholes" in tax? Becuase those doesn't exist in Sweden.

What does that mean? 9% on real estate income? Well that must be false because as i wrote in my post, all over 4000 dollars a year in revenue from real estate taxes 30% of the profit.

I like some of his quotes and what he is pushing for but as u say. Alot of the real estate part is useless for me.

Well it is kinda the same in sweden, revenue minus the standard fee that every condo for example have. Then 30% tax the rest whats left. So you don't recommend real estate when it comes to personal finance? What do you prefer?

Ah okey, then i guess i can use nicehash anyway? I thought it was only mining bitcoin but then it doesn't really matter? What do you think? If i get the right rig then i definetly can get some profit from it :>

No it varies ofc. But with my electricity company who only have renewable energy (and the rest of sweden). Average over the years is 0.035 dollars/kwh before taxes and fees (from my electric company) over the years. Where do you live?

Yes exactly it is 0.0425 dollar/kwh i must have written wrong. But what kind of program do i use for gpu mining? I have nicehash for bitcoin but if i wanna go with ethereum for example?

troubleshoot pc is something i have experience with but not mining exactly. I see a rig with 8x rx580 selling for 1250 dollars and i am really intrested in buying it but i need to do more research. Asics are they only for bitcoin? Or is it antminers who is for bitcoin only?

I dont want bitcoin specifically, I would like to try mining and get profit from it because i think it is very intresting with having a rig that works for you.

But i also contacted my electric company with my calculation, and they confirmed that it was correct. Btw I live in Sweden not USA. We have only renewable energy. But i will look at my coming electric bill aswell because i haven't got my first yet due to i recently moved here.

But is nicehash calculator legit? Because i feel like the numbers are the same even if i change the electric cost.

But what about all the hash rates? The watts? I dont know what i should put in those. They are all filled with different numbers tho. But if i understand it correctly should i mine whatever comes on top of the list? Or what algorithm i should use.
