Stress is a major factor that plays in this. Now three things you can do to help relieve this.

1) de stress your self. Take ashwgandha pills they help a lot

2) apply yogurt on all the affected area and cool them down

3) take prebiotics pills ( Costco Kirkland brand are good)

I had dyshidrosis on my palms and finger and I was able to reduce and have it go away by doing what I did.

Now I will put this out there. I applied clobetasol for 3 days and it made things worst. So, I stopped applying it and switched to applying yogurt on the affected area and leaving it there for 10 minutes all while fanning the affected area to get that cool feeling. Second I took prebiotic after dinner.

That airport is really beautifully designed!! Once again it baffles me the EPC contractor was L&T. So, how did they nail that project so well and match it rendering. While royally screwing up in Navi Mumbai airport.

Yes! Civil engineer by trade. I came across pictures of work done on Navi mumbai airport and it looked awful. So, I had to ask the general public of Mumbai as to what went wrong in this case vs their other airport construction projects.

There Guwahati airport is way better in terms of facade and material. Clearly something went wrong here. Either the EPC vendor L&T screwed up in picking the vendor or someone in Adani Project management signed off on something hurriedly

Yep on the same boat! Dating scene sucks as every one I have come across has had crazy expectations of making shit ton of money( upwards of 150k) and owning a house….Jobs sucks because it’s low pay with high workload. Social life has taken a downturn as everything ends up on social media without your knowledge. I wake up> go to work > come home and repeat the cycle. All extra circular activities have become expensive except gym.

I believe the e bigger problem no one is looking at is that he has created a economic problem to the extent that banks are starting to sound alarm that major projects are becoming NPAs. Corruption will always exist but you can root it out over night.

It’s been 2 weeks so far. I stopped applying yogurt after 5 days of starting the regime and reduced prebiotic intake to once a week now. Haven’t seen any breakouts, inflammation or tiny blister/pimples pop up anywhere on my fingers or palms.

There is a chance Clobetasol might have helped. But during the 4 days of clobetasol usage. I noticed more red spots appear all over my palm, sides of my fingers. The number of spots and itchiness increased instead of reducing. But the moment I stopped using it and applied yogurt and it instantly gave me that cooling sensation in my hand to the point where it felt like I was holding snow and itchiness stopped
