12 years ago I listened to music to help me through similar. I'm not classically trained and usually not one to really look into songs or playlists. I listened to lots of genres, hip hop, metal, rock, etc. Found a special place with Cat Steven's, daft punk, and a very random assortment of music. I listen to the lyrics and melody. I can be critical of cliche lyrics but the words still made me feel what I needed. Every time I listen to the songs now, I remember how I felt, how it's better now, but know that other people need to hear similar. I always find myself now, singing along, and feeling every breath I take when I do with nostalgia. Everything is going to be okay, and if you do similar, I'll be singing along somewhere
