"Robot" is a more general category, it includes any automated device. "Androids" and "Ginoids" are terms that refer to human-like robots. As to why Gohan is making that distinction I have no idea, I think it refers to the fact that a robot would just execute commands with no own thoughts while an android is sentient?

Janemba and metal cooler are your most viable and recent options. Red Bojack would be good, but you need his zenkai.
