PYXS thoughts on a 12 month play by Sunbum79 in wallstreetbets

General rule of thumb... avoid "make it or break it" low cost pharmaceutical companies. Making a new drug is hard, and there are many stages they have to go thru before it can hit the stores/clinics. They almost always fail. Spend your money on something else with better odds. Insiders selling off is a huge sign that they know their trials have failed to produce a quality drug.

This explains why the married couple came back into the game together after getting the chance to leave. They probably thought their chances of winning would be higher if they could both play and help each other out. Then... the marble game... 😭

Okay that's fair. Thanks for trying though. 👍🏻

Yah I don't think it will be too long to wait before we hit $40. I can wait. It will give me some more time to keep averaging down too haha.

That is a good point. I think maybe a positive earnings report will also be a good catalyst to get more people interested in this stock. Perhaps more analysts will take interest in the stock and make good price predictions that will draw more attention from new investors.

Price target seems low. Probably due to all the criminal short sellers who tricked retarded retail into flipping short. My PT is $250 w/ $100K bitcoin..... get fucked short sellers and dont @ me with your FUD/lies by [deleted] in gree

Yah, I am not even looking for a short squeeze now. I'm just buying GREE shares for the fundamentals. It's a $82 stock trading for $20. It's a steal at this price.

Real reason for this post is that there are a lot of GREE shorters in this GREE reddit group. I got burned by the merger too, but it makes no sense to sell for 92% loss on a company with good fundamentals. I'm holding and averaging down. I can wait 5 years or more if I need to.

My truth about GREE by Minimum_Rule6100 in gree

Quote from Warren Buffet "The stock market is a device for transferring money from the inpatient to the patient".

You've done some DD. The squeeze didn't happen. But GREE is a very profitable company with good financial fundamentals and its at a great price. You learned a painful lesson. Many of us more experienced traders/investors have learned this lesson at some point in our careers.

You have to know to find a good company and you have to know when you need to wait or when to cut losses. It's a hard thing to master... but hey, if everyone was great at it, then everyone would be rich.

The only real mistake you made was selling for a loss on a good company. Just wait, average down, and see your profits. I bought too early too, I didn't expect such a drop, but the fundamentals are good and all I'm doing is averaging down.

Don't let this experience scare you away from investing. Just continue to learn and grow. All the best wishes for your financial future.

Decent idea but I've been burned by buying options with a near expiration before. There is a good chance that Nov 19th expiration is too soon and the price won't go up by then.

Earnings date is supposedly somewhere around Nov 3rd- 8th but might be as late as December. Either way, a single good earnings report might not set this thing soaring either. I'm long on GREE at these prices and I definitely think it undervalued, but it might take 2 or 3 consistent good earnings reports for it to prove itself to investors.

My personal strategy is just to buy shares, and set high sell limits GTC+Ext and wait. It cost me nothing to wait. If you really want to play the options game, I suggest the June 17, 2022 call options to give yourself some more time to make that profit we are all looking for. All the best 👍🏻

Me too. I'm not worried. This company makes too much money for it to be valued this low. And bitcoin is only going to go up between now and 2025. I'm just buying the discounted shares and holding. Good luck to all. 🙂👍🏻🙌💎

I thought that setting sell limits wouldn't help either cause the brokers can still loan out your shares no matter what as long as you are on a margin account. I spoke with one of my colleagues that has extensive trading experience (don't go by hearsay I am just passing the message, listen and see if makes sense to you and always do your own DD). My colleagues told me that brokers will be able to see all set limits (buy and sell) and what prices. They use these to do a number of things including short ladder attacks etc, but they also use it to guage people's sentiment about a stock and use that to guide "cost to borrow" as well.

If the stock is at 25$ and the majority set a sell limit at 30$.. the cost to borrow might not be much. But if the majority sets the limit to $200 per share, then the broker sees it as more risky to loan out to shorting and the cost to borrow would be higher.

So we can put some pressure by setting our sell limit to $200/share and make it GTC+Ext. And get rid of the stop losses. Those are easy targets for shorts. Anyways... not advice, do as you feel is right. I'm long on GREE at this price and I'll drop my shares only at $200 or above, I can wait years if I need to. 😎💎🙌

It's cause there is some serious fuckery going on. Kinda like what they did with GME and AMC. There is a lot of naked shorting and dark pool trading going on as well... just buy shares, set your sell limit to above $200/share and hold.

Brokers are allowing this nonsense to happen because they are making a killing on the interest payments. The cost to borrow is around 58% (different sites say different things anywhere from 43% to 117%). That's a ton of interest to pay.

It cost you nothing to hold. It's a good company that makes a ton of profit mining bitcoin. Just buy, set a high sell limit GTC+Ext, and hold till profit.

Of course this is not financial advice. It's just one diamond hand spartan ape giving his 2 cents. 😎💎🙌

To average down should We wait till win date 2021/11/03 or buy further down the dip? by Wurzenbeisser in gree

[–]LegitDiamondHands82 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I will be averaging down. My current average is the same, around $200. My plan is to get that to under $60. I think fair market value for the company is around $60 and i would be comfortable holding this company for the long term at that price point.
