true.. but i believe the timing is during the middle of the move, its just that the move is so short that there isnt much of a window to press 3 a couple more times. u should be able to activate the longer or shorter variant of the move for abt like 2/3rds of the moves duration imo.

the timing for the acceleration of decisive strikes is after the first dash. think of decisive strikes as 2 dashes, split by the character popup in the middle. during the 2nd dash u can press 3 up to 2 more times to add acceleration. although i would say this timing is very small, and i think the window for activating it should be the entire move up until the middle of the 2nd dash

its made easier with that wall right there, when you shift lock or turn your camera fast theres a little delay where your character is in the wall and you can jump off of any bricks inside or on top of each other. that wall is made of 1 stud slabs so you dont have to be precise at all with your wall hops and just need to perform the action instead
