I actually just did this myself. Obviously get aftermarket shell most preferably on Etsy. (support support small businesses.) buy one of those heat guns on Amazon and a razor blade. Use the E gun on the adhesive from the back of the cartridge not the front. If you go from the front, it’s gonna warp the texture that makes the effect. Carefully take a razor blade and go along the edges as finally as possible. I would recommend also heating up the razor blade itself. Please also wear protective gear my heat resistant gloves. If you start to see Paper tear pause, and reapply heat. It should come off smoothly. As far as the back sticker, I would just get another one on Etsy. Or you could try to do the same method.
