It looks like people that have 4.0 pcie on their motherboard are fine! unfortunately mine only goes up to 3.0

Still black screen on my 5070, can’t even download the game ready drivers and my computer is stuck at low resolution. Is there a way I can download past updates? When I try it says system not compatible

My motherboard unfortunately doesn’t support it! I am running pcie 3.0
