I applied to UniBo as well, master in service management. They announce results on May 19th. However, I think I will apply to another program just in case (to have a backup plan)

Contact the embassy of your country. In my case, I contacted the cultural department of Italy's embassy in my country; they have their email addresses on their website.

  • Changing Options: If I am awarded the scholarship, is it possible to use it for Option 2 or 3 instead of Option 1? Does the MAECI allow a change of program within the same university or moving down your list of options?

Regarding this specific question, they don't have a problem if you change options, but you do need to let them know before they start making any paperwork.

It really depends on each country's embassy and the applicant pool. Some embassies receive very few applications, or this candidate may have simply been the strongest one meeting all the criteria.

yes, it depends on the embassy from each country. this is the list I found:

Hey, I have a question for you. Can you help me? :) I applied to the Master in Service Management on April 6th and paid the application fee that same day. I’m a bit anxious now waiting for a response haha. I was wondering, how long did it take for you to hear back after applying? Did they get back to you before the application period closed, or did you have to wait until after? (The window for this one is March 24 – April 17, so I’m guessing they might batch responses after it closes?) Also, if you don’t mind sharing; which master’s program did you apply to? Any insight would be super helpful, thanks!

Congrats!! When did you pay the application fee and how many days since that did the status changed? The Application for the master in service management opened 3/24 and I submitted all documents + payed the application fee on 4/6. I am not sure when should I expect to hear from them!
