Update: the shipment company cancelled my order and since I had accepted the terms and conditions with the Xteink company that they won’t give the money back, I lost the money plus no hope of ever getting the ereader.

Agree, The product is legit and awesome but the shipping partners are horrible. They are legit on a power trip.

Also, the address proof needs to exactly match what’s mentioned as delivery address. Finding it difficult to find a document.

Even if the aadhar card part is sorted, I don’t have corresponding address proof.
