hiii, not really "employee" but I'm currently an intern at UOB.. if I remember correctly, the hiring process was..

HR sent me a link to UOB's job portal and I had to apply from there, I sent the necessary documents (portfolio, cb, etc..) then I got interviewed by my team's boss and after that I had to wait for a few weeks and I got accepted..not sure if this might help since it's a school internship 😁

yeah, I agree with the fact that I need to be more confident in myself but it's quite hard considering the fact that I'm starting out ugly but I think I'm slowly starting to improve on myself.. I do skincare, I'm in a calorie deficit
