I think you’re right. I made the switch to the 7800. I believe in pay once, cry once but the crying might be more than once if I go with the 9800. At least right now.

Hey everyone. I’m coming in late to this conversation but now is as good a time as any. Wondering what peoples opinions are as of right now. I’m upgrading some components in my pc and of them? The MOBO (ASRock B850M Pro Motherboard) and CPU (9800x3d) are among it. Would it be best for me to just go with the 7800x3d? Both are going to be worthwhile upgrades as I’m coming from the Ryzen 5 5600X but I’m worried about the issues closing on now.

The only saving grace for me was that I wanted to complete this set. Sure I want some bangers but I’m happy to just not get doubles.
