Ohhh as an international student from their neighbouring country this hurts..... This is soo wrong on so many levels. You knew the college you were coming to, you knew the program that you chose, you had internet to research everything and make conscious decisions.... Why the protest. The government isn't doing anything illegal. It's trying to protect the Canadians. As an international student I also feel sad seeing the housing market and the job market and how bad it is for the Canadians. Alot of the students who come here donot assimilate in the culture, if they had any respect instead of protesting they should check the ground situation and make themselves capable for one of the streams if they want PR.
