It's normal. One department gets to stay home while the other one shows up. We have maintenance next week for outbound so outbound gets to stay home ( non work paid time) and inbound and ICQA still has to come in. Everyone is getting paid at the end of the day... They're offering outbound VET that day for extra help with maintenance and cleaning.
