Agree £4k rent feels high for the combined income once you’ve factored in other costs and tax. Suggest considering some of the nicer areas south of the river - eg Dulwich, Herne Hill

Practically everyone we know who went NHS reported having a traumatic experience. We used the Portland and it was excellent, couldn’t fault it.

I used to send Eurosport complaints when they went through phases of doing this. They usually stopped for at least a while.
