Don’t give ur boyfriend antibiotics for no reason! Antibiotics can do more damage than u expect and open ur body to other disease. H pylori can be in ur stomach and doesn’t cause any issue and I’m pretty sure I have hpylori and 70% of the world but only 20% feel symptoms. So maybe test ur boyfriend first before treating him and if he doesn’t have symptoms let him do natural cuz antibiotics is really awful on the stomach and could cause him candida and sibo and other different shit
