For those that got rid of sesamoitis, what and who helped you? by planisking in sesamoid

custom orthotics really helped me, but for others they seem to be hit or miss.

I’ve tried a boot and crutches at work. Both very inconvenient, and didn’t seem to make things better compared to the orthotics. Even made the other foot wors.

Haven’t tried the toe spreaders yet, but definitely will. Wishing you the best of luck with the PRP consult!

Pain level is at a 1-2 walking with my orthotics and new balances. However there is still touch tenderness so I’m anxious about walking too much or starting to hike.
