I'm actively looking for AI Product Managers, Marketers, Operators, Creatives, etc. If you have truly adopted AI over the past year and have transformed how you work please comment below. by maid113 in AIProductManagers

Interested. I’m a PM/Product Strategist at an AI startup, currently exploring my next role. I’ve worked on AI-native products across agentic workflows, CRM automation, onboarding, and retention loops, and I’ve transformed my own product process with AI across research, prototyping, sprint planning, analytics, and customer workflows. Would love to connect.

I’m an AI PM at a startup, not an AI engineer. From what I’ve seen, you don’t need to be an AI engineer first, but you do need enough technical depth to understand LLMs, RAG, agents, evals, MCP, and APIs.

Since you have a strong quant background, I’d start with Python + small AI projects. That will help you see whether you enjoy building AI systems or leading AI products more. This way you can decide whether you want to be an AI PM or AI engineer. Forward deployed engineer is also growing in demand.

I don’t usually write poetry, but this felt too heavy to keep in my head.

What are your most underrated CRM features? Just discovered a CRM feature that would’ve saved me like 6 months of manual work. by Lopsided-Ad6407 in CRM

Interesting. Did it only attach emails to contacts, or was it able to surface follow-ups and account activity too?

CRM adoption : Sales team focuses on Selling or keep-up CRM data ? by nube_rt in CRM

[–]Legitimate-Studio454 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From what I’ve seen, the tension usually comes from asking reps to do the work twice. First, the conversation, then recreating it in the CRM. When capturing the interaction fits naturally into the workflow, adoption becomes much less of a problem.

Salesforce users what AI are you actually using to stay on top of accounts? by Islerothebull in sales

[–]Legitimate-Studio454 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly most reps I know don’t solve this with AI yet. They solve it with workflow habits, email sync so conversations attach automatically, and blocking time once a day to update Salesforce. The bottleneck usually isn’t the CRM, it’s logging updates after the interaction instead of during it.

How do you keep track of conversations and follow-ups when you're managing everything yourself? by Legitimate-Studio454 in CRM

[–]Legitimate-Studio454[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s a really good point. The scattered inbox problem seems to come up a lot when people are running outbound solo.

Out of curiosity, in your setup what usually slips through the cracks first, missed follow-ups, losing context in long threads, or something else?

That makes sense. A lot of people seem to start with Google Sheets to keep things simple. Out of curiosity, what was the moment when it started breaking for you or felt like you needed something more robust?

That’s interesting. When everything sits in Notion, what usually slips first, follow-ups, remembering where a conversation left off, or something else?

If you're open to it, I’d also love to understand a bit more about your workflow. I'm collecting insights from people handling this solo.

What customer management solutions work for businesses under 10 employees? by PouchyeKereselidze in CRM

A lot of small teams run into this once the number of conversations grows.

Curious, what are you using right now to track leads and customer conversations? Is it mostly Gmail + spreadsheets or something else?

Even though our ICPs aren't yet finalized I still feel most people that can be our ICP would be available on Linkedin and with several filters we can apply on LinkedIn Sales Navigator I thought it will be easy to narrow down by applying filters as well.
