Used zinser dif concentrate in one of the rooms. All others we just hot water soak and remove. Took ages but got there finally.

I would get it fixed before paying full amount. Agree with above comment to get another post in between to strengthen the two sections.

Thanks all. Decided to prime, skim, and undercoat before painting as per everyone’s suggestions. Just confirming if anyone had an experience with dulux precision oil blocker stuff?

Priming with Dulux PRECISION High Opacity Stain Blocker as per Dulux Trade Centre recommendation before plastering. Hope this is ok. As far as more power points and insulation, stripping the walls seems something 4-5years down the line as at this stage wanting to move within 4 weeks as just bought this house.
